1. General Provisions
Fresh Line in Bosnia and Herzegovina accepts orders exclusively through its website.
To place an order through the website, you must be at least 18 years old and
have residence in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
You are also required to provide accurate delivery and contact information,
such as an email address and mobile phone number.
These details can be entered during checkout or during account registration.
Items in your shopping cart are not reserved until the order has been submitted
and confirmed by Fresh Line in Bosnia and Herzegovina via email.
2. Contract and Order Confirmation
The sales contract is concluded at the moment when the customer receives
the order confirmation email sent to the email address provided during purchase.
The confirmation is sent after Fresh Line in Bosnia and Herzegovina
processes the order and records the payment.
3. Payment and Currency
All prices on the website are expressed in Convertible Marks (KM)
and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
Prices may change and promotional offers may be withdrawn at any time.
The price valid at the moment of placing the order remains unchanged
throughout the purchase process.
Fresh Line in Bosnia and Herzegovina may occasionally offer promotional discounts
with or without a promotional code.
Discounts are applied at the time of purchase confirmation.
Once the order is confirmed, discounts cannot be added later.
Customers are responsible for checking whether the promotional code
has been correctly entered before completing the purchase.
Fresh Line in Bosnia and Herzegovina is not responsible for promotional codes
published on other websites.
The company reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers
and promotional codes at any time.
Combining multiple promotions is not permitted unless otherwise stated.
In cases of misuse of promotions, Fresh Line in Bosnia and Herzegovina
reserves the right to cancel the order.
4. Payment Methods
The Fresh Line online shop in Bosnia and Herzegovina supports the following payment methods:
Card Payment – Visa, Mastercard
When placing an order, select the payment option via the ePay service.
A secure payment window will open where you can enter the required
payment details and follow the instructions to complete the transaction.
Cash on Delivery
If this option is selected, the order will be delivered to the specified address
and payment will be made to the courier upon delivery.
In case of a return, the refund will be made via bank transfer
to the customer’s bank account.
Bank Transfer
If this option is selected, you will receive payment instructions via email.
Once payment is recorded, the order will be shipped.
The payment deadline is 5 working days, after which the order will be cancelled.
Products remain the property of Fresh Line in Bosnia and Herzegovina
until payment has been fully completed.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 to 5 working days
after order confirmation.
If delivery is delayed for more than 20 days, the customer has the right
to cancel the order by contacting customer support.
5. Delivery
For orders exceeding 100 KM, delivery costs are covered
by Fresh Line in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
For orders up to 100 KM, the delivery cost is ______ KM
regardless of the number of ordered items.
In case of product returns that affect eligibility for free delivery,
the delivery cost of ______ KM will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer
via partner courier services depending on the size and
contents of the shipment.
6. Address Change
Items can be delivered to an address different from your permanent address.
This information must be entered during order creation before payment.
If your place of residence changes, please inform us.
All personal data you provide will be stored and protected appropriately.
7. Limitation of Ordering Rights
Fresh Line in Bosnia and Herzegovina reserves the right,
at its own discretion and without additional explanation,
to refuse or limit the acceptance of orders from certain customers.
This may apply in cases of abuse of the return policy,
frequent or inappropriate contact with business units or management,
violation of general terms of business,
or behavior that may affect service quality for other customers.
This decision does not affect orders that have already been
properly confirmed and processed, which will be handled
in accordance with applicable regulations and business terms.
