How to make a purchase on www.freshline.ba?

It’s very simple – just follow these steps:

1. Register an account

Click on “Register” in the top right corner of the website. If you are a new customer, enter your details in the required fields and select “Register”, or continue shopping as a guest.

Note: You must be over 18 years old to place an order on Freshline.ba.

2. Find products according to your preferences

Browse the product selection by clicking on the categories in the main menu.

3. Learn more about the product

Click on the product to view details such as ingredients, percentage of natural ingredients, purpose, and other information.

4. Add the product to the cart

After selecting the product, click the “Add to cart” button.

5. Review products in your cart

The number of items in your cart is displayed in the top right corner of the website.

6. Proceed to checkout

Click on the cart icon and select “Proceed to checkout”.

7. Choose a payment method

• If you selected card payment, follow the displayed instructions.
• If you selected cash on delivery or bank transfer, simply select the preferred payment option.

8. What happens after I place an order?

Once you choose the payment method, click “Confirm purchase”.

You will receive an order confirmation via email. Delivery costs are automatically calculated depending on the total order amount.

9. How can a company place an order via invoice?

If a company wishes to place an order via invoice, please contact us at podrskakorisnicima@freshline.ba.

We will prepare a proforma invoice based on which payment for the selected products can be made.
